BRIAN EIGHMY AS DIRECTOR OF CLAIMS
PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 20, 2018 – Restaurant Programs of America, a national retail insurance agency focused on hospitality, restaurants and other specialized market segments, has appointed Brian L. Eighmy as Director of Claims.

Mr. Eighmy has 20 years of experience in claims management, including senior leadership positions at national third party administrators (TPAs). Most recently, he was Assistant Vice President of the Major Case Unit for Arch Insurance Group. In this position, he had oversight of the insurer’s most severe claim situations, which involved complex coverage issues, legal strategies or large exposures.
From 2008 to 2014, he was Assistant Vice President of Claims with Berkley Program Specialists, a member of WR Berkley Corp. Prior to that, he was President of Blue Leaf Claims, Inc., a national TPA. Earlier, he was an Assistant Vice President at GAB Robins North America, Inc. A member of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance, Mr. Eighmy earned a B.A. degree in history from Lafayette College. He began his insurance career in 1998 with Murdock Claim Management Company, where he rose through the ranks to become President of the company in 2005.
